Product Overview

RTZ Ford E150 E250 E350 Van Front 2.5 Inch Lift Leveling Aluminum Coil Spring Spacers Kit

The RTZ Front 2.5 Inch Lift Leveling Coil Spring Spacers Kit is built for the 1975–2019 Ford E150, E200, E250, E300, and E350 van, raising the front of your Ford Econoline by 2.5 inches while maintaining the handling and ride quality of factory sport suspension. If you're looking to buy a Ford E150, E250, or E350 van 2.5-inch front leveling kit online, this direct drop-in solution requires no cutting, no welding, and no additional parts. Just drop them in and drive.

The solid aluminum spacers are top-mounted to your existing coil springs and built on a 2-to-1 lift ratio, so the physical spacer height is less than the achieved 2.5-inch lift once installed. This design keeps your van's front suspension geometry close to stock while delivering the full lift height with no compromise to ride quality. Non-corrosive aluminum construction ensures long-term durability without rust or degradation.

What's Included:

  • Solid aluminum 2.5-inch lift leveling coil spring spacers, top-mounted, front only
  • Non-corrosive aluminum construction

Alignment Note: Front alignment correction is recommended after installation. For camber and caster adjustment, see the RTZ Camber Caster Alignment Eccentric Bushings (SKU: 56-8986).

For Ford E-Series van owners who want a subtle front lift rather than a full 3-inch rise, the 2.5-inch front leveling kit is the right choice. It corrects a nose-down stance, adds modest front clearance, and keeps the van's overall geometry closer to factory, making it a practical option for daily drivers, fleet vans, and work vehicles where a conservative lift is preferred. Professional installation by a qualified technician with proper equipment is strongly recommended due to extreme suspension loads. Please inspect all parts before beginning installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How is the 2.5-inch front leveling kit different from the 3-inch version?
The 2.5-inch kit provides a slightly lower front rise than the 3-inch kit, keeping suspension geometry even closer to stock. It is a better fit for owners who want a subtle lift or prefer to minimize changes to front-end handling.

  • Does this kit include rear blocks or shocks?
No, this is a front-only leveling kit containing solid aluminum 2.5-inch coil spring spacers only. For rear blocks or a complete lift bundle with shocks, please check our other listings.

  • Is an alignment needed after installing these spacers?
Yes, a front alignment is recommended after installation. The RTZ Camber Caster Alignment Eccentric Bushings (SKU: 56-8986) are suggested for proper camber and caster correction.

Not a great fit, but it fits

Posted by William m. on Apr 28th 2022

Radius is too tight for a diesel e350. It sits on the spring just enough to work and only barely enough to not be nervous about. Only lifted my front end by maybe an inch and a half, but again... it's just good enough to get by without complaining too much about it. Not the worst, not the best.

    Level, Bingo!

Posted by LAFinn on Feb 16th 2022

I love my ubiquitous white 09 E350, but with the little 225 tires and sagging nose posture, it wasn't filling that tiny void in my ego that a truck is supposed to fill. But for lifting, or in my case just LEVELING the ford there aren't many good options. There are countless accounts of antilock brake and other computer problems from lifting and the requirement for new suspension parts. Anyway I occasionally searched the web for literally years. Finally, saw these on Amazon, ordered 2.5" spacers then immediately got cold feet because of the above reasons. In canceling the order i mentioned that I only really wanted 2" to level the truck anyway. BUT the company got back to me and offered 2" spacers instead! WHAAAA? A real person on Amazon? They reassured me that I wouldn't have any problems. So...HAPPY! Had installed 245 tires and an alignment yesterday and no problems. Suspension adjusted right into factory specs. COMMENTS: * Be smart and get good coil compression clamps. Those springs are serious business, be smart about taking the weight of the truck on and off the suspension. *I didn't need to remove the round retainer at the bottom of the coil, but I might make extended upper retainer clips to replace the original ones. * These were my results with a modest 2" lift (1" spacer results in 2" lift) your results may vary....

Great solution for leveling you’re econoline!

Posted by Knox Ludlow on Nov 19th 2021

If you have an econoline then you know the struggle to try and level these things out, this is a great, cheap solution to the problem. The only other way I've found is a kit from fordpartsone.com and weldtecs $2000 lifts.
