Returns & Refund Policy

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Used items
  • Modified items

All returns must be approved in advance before being sent back.


3. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be approved.


4. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Not be modified
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and inserts
  • Be in the same condition as received

Original packaging is not required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


5. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Prepaid return labels are not provided
  • Prepaid return labels are only provided if we made a mistake (incorrect or defective item)

Customers must provide valid return tracking.


7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items

10. Additional Terms

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns of unused items

Lost or Damaged Returns

  • Buyer must file a claim with the shipping carrier if a return is lost or damaged in transit
  • Refunds cannot be issued for lost returns without carrier confirmation
